At Prime Posters, every order is printed specifically for the customer after purchase. Because our products are made-to-order, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refunds

Refunds are only available in the following situations:

  • Your order arrives damaged.
  • Your order is defective.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

If any of the above situations occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or problem

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide either a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Minor color variations due to monitor or screen differences
